Policy/Agreement
Please note that your order is not yet finalized until I contact you for approval and a deposit is sent from you. All approved orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit no later than 24hrs after approval. Remaining payment must be paid the day before pickup. In the event of a cancelation 72hrs before pickup date, the deposit will be refunded.
Payment:
NO DEPOSIT = NO ORDER
Pickups:
Pickups are available from 12pm - 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays within the Devon House Region. Pictures will be sent to ensure they match your desired look. Once the order is picked up, I am no longer responsible for any damages. There is a 1 hr grace period for pickups until your order is considered CANCELED with no refund. If you are running late, please communicate with me.
Delivery:
I only offer LOCAL delivery with additional charge.
