[Healthy Meal - 18th May] Grilled Chicken Thigh

Grilled chicken thigh with Italian Herbs and served with watermelon salad and couscous.

Each protein will weigh at approx 100gms. Protein intake for this is based on the calculation of an adult weight at 55kg and ~0.8kg of protein for every kg.

Should you require more protein, please do remark it below. There will also be the option to select no carb, but double up on protein! ;)
