[Healthy Meal] Pan Seared Seabass

Pan seared seabass served with baked portobello, spinach, and baby potatoes.

Seabass will weigh at approx 150gms. Protein intake for this is based on the calculation of an adult weight at 55kg and ~0.8kg of protein for every kg.

Should you require more protein, please do remark it below. There will also be the option to select no carb, but double up on protein! ;)
