SERVICIO: Gestión Notarial y Traspaso de Título (Vendedor a Comprador)
Este servicio cubre el proceso completo para transferir la titularidad de un vehículo de motor ante el Departamento de Transportación y Obras Públicas (DTOP/CESCO).
REQUISITOS GENERALES (Traspaso Regular):
Identificación: ID del comprador y del vendedor.
Documentos Originales: Título de Propiedad y Licencia de Conducir (original).
REQUISITOS ESPECIALES (Traspaso por Difunto - Originales requeridos):
Declaratoria de Herederos (emitida por el tribunal).
Caudal Relicto (Inventario de bienes).
Título de Propiedad y Declaración Jurada.
AVISO CRÍTICO SOBRE LA RESIDENCIA:
Nota Importante: Si usted ya tiene una dirección registrada en Obras Públicas, aunque ponga una dirección diferente en el título, Obras Públicas adjudicará la dirección que ya está en el sistema. Para cambios de dirección, se requiere un trámite adicional.

This service covers the complete process for transferring vehicle ownership with the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTOP/CESCO).
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (Regular Transfer):
Identification: Buyer's and Seller's ID for notarization.
Original Documents: Original Title and Driver's License.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Deceased Owner Transfer - Originals Required):
Heirs Declaration (issued by the court).
Estate Inventory (Caudal Relicto).
Title and Sworn Declaration.
CRITICAL RESIDENCY NOTICE:
Important Note: If you already have an address registered with Public Works, even if a different address is placed on the title, Public Works will assign the address already registered in the system. A separate process is required for address changes.
