WHAT IS MIX AND MASTER?
Mixing is the process of combining multiple audio tracks (vocals, instruments, etc.) and adjusting their levels, EQ, panning and effects to create a balanced sound.
Mastering is the final step, where the mixed track is polished, volume levels are standardized and the song is optimized for different listening environments, ensuring it sounds professional across all platforms and does not get rejected by music distribution organizations upon upload.

WHAT IS A RECORDING ENGINEER?
A recording engineer is responsible for operating the technical equipment during the recording process, ensuring high-quality sound capture and managing the recording environment to achieve the desired audio results.

We bring all the high-quality equipment and expertise needed to capture your sound in a comfortable and convenient setting. We understand that creativity can strike at any time and place, so our service is designed to meet you where you feel most inspired. With a focus on flexibility and convenience, we ensure that every session is seamless, delivering professional results without the need for you to leave your space. Your music, your voice and your vision—recorded exactly where you need it.
To finalize the checkout, clients must send an image or screenshot. This could be a receipt, bank transfer confirmation or any other proof of payment.

Terms of service
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking our audio recording services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. These terms apply to all clients and sessions with A Block ENT™.
2. Booking & Scheduling
All sessions must be booked in advance. You can schedule your session by contacting us via whatsapp. Sessions are confirmed once full payment is received.
3. Payment
Payment for services is due before or on the day of the scheduled recording session. We accept payment methods, which will be communicated upon booking. Any additional services or overtime beyond the original session time will be billed at an hourly rate.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may incur a charge of up to 50% of the session fee.
5. Studio Time
Session time is billed by the hour, starting from the scheduled session time, regardless of arrival time. Please arrive on time to ensure you get the full benefit of your scheduled time. Overtime, if requested or needed, will be billed at the agreed hourly rate.
6. Equipment & Facilities
We provide top-tier recording equipment and a comfortable environment for your session. Clients are responsible for ensuring they bring all necessary instruments, materials, or specific software needed for the session. Any damages to equipment caused by the client will be billed for repair or replacement.
7. Copyright & Ownership
You retain ownership of your recorded material. However, by booking our services, you grant A Block ENT™ the right to use excerpts from your recordings for promotional purposes or portfolio display unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and ensure that all sessions, recordings, and projects are treated with confidentiality. We will not share your material or personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
9. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary materials, such as lyrics, instrumental tracks, and any third-party content, are properly licensed or authorized for use in your project. Any legal disputes arising from the use of unauthorized content will be the responsibility of the client.
10. Audio Mastering & Final Files
For our mastering service, we will provide you with a finalized version of your track in the format requested. Please ensure you approve the final master before distribution. Any revisions after delivery may incur additional charges.
11. Mobile/House Call Sessions
If you book our mobile studio or house call service, we will work with you to ensure the location is suitable for high-quality recording. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our primary studio. The client is responsible for providing a clean, quiet space for the session.
12. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your recordings, A Block ENT™ is not liable for loss or damage to your original materials or recordings, except in cases of gross negligence. We highly recommend keeping backups of all your work.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or acts of war.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time. All updates will be communicated to clients, and the new terms will apply to any services rendered after the update.
