Pig Trotters in Black Vinegar
Fresh pork trotters from the neighbourhood market, we are able to get it slowly braised in a claypot for 2 hours and only gula melaka is used with premium vinegar. Ginger slices can be eaten as well, this is suitable for confinement as only sesame oil is used.
