  1. Microwave – Thaw the pack, slit a bit and set to 4 to 5 mins high. Pour it onto a microwaveable plate or bowl and check the centre of the portion to ensure hot before serving   
  2. Wok-steaming – Thaw the pack, pour it onto a plate or bowl (ideally the stainless steel type). Heat up the water first before putting it into the wok for steaming. About 15mins later, check the centre of the portion to ensure hot before serving   
  3. Sous Vide – Thaw the pack, boil a pot of hot water. Put the whole pack into the boiling water and let it boil for 10mins. Check the centre of the portion to ensure hot before serving.    Other Information  
  4. Two (2) Working Days are required to process your order, our staff will be contacting you to confirm your orders & delivery date 
  5. Per packet is suitable for 2 person  
  6. Upon receiving the food, store it into freezer to maintain the quality.  
  7. Vacuum packed food is best to consume within 1 week from the delivery date
