CURRENT PROMOTION:

OPERATING HOURS:

1. Monday — Wednesday (11:00AM-9:00PM)
2. Friday — Sunday (11:00AM-9:00PM)
3. Public Holidays (10:30AM-8:00PM)

SELF-COLLECTION:

1. We encourage you to order at least 1 hour before your pick up time, and will only be processed after order has been confirmed via WhatsApp.
2. No minimum spend required for Self-Collection orders online.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE:

1. Submitted orders are NOT CONFIRMED. It will be momentarily put on-hold until we get in touch with you via WhatsApp.
2. Confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-amendable. If you wish to add more items to your order, a separate order will have to be made.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

1. Delivery is from 11:00AM—3:00PM from Monday to Sunday (LAST ORDER AT 2:00PM)
2. Delivery duration is within 2 hours upon successful order and payment confirmation.
3. Please allow an estimation of 30 minutes grace period to ensure the safety of our riders due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Minimum order of S$80 is required for delivery.
5. For orders under S$180, a flat delivery fee of S$15 will apply.
6. Delivery charges will be waived off for any orders with a minimum spend of S$180 and above.
7. Delivery service may be temporarily unavailable in selected areas. We reserve the rights to reject any restricted locations. You will be duly informed if such situations arise.

PAYMENT OPTIONS & TERMS:

1. We are currently accepting payments by Cash, FavePay, PayNow or PayLah!
2. There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been made and confirmed.
3. In the event an item ordered is out of stock or not available, we will contact you to replace an item of equivalent quality and price.
4. All prices listed are calculated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.

MISSING PRODUCTS:

1. If any product in your order for which you have paid is missing from the items you received please contact us via WhatsApp from which you placed your order.
2. The missing items will be made available to you for pickup or we can offer you a full refund.
