    Chef Makoto uses this premium apple for our new menu “Apple tatin tarte” together with apple from France.

    The tarte base is our all-time signature baked filo pastry and almond cream. Layered with Earl Grey and Cardamom cream, Followed by Vanilla custard and Caramelized apple which beautifully shines under the clear glaze.
