a thick slice of shokupan with butter, azuki (red bean) paste and whipped cream
during one of our trips to nagoya japan, we came across a tiny hole-in-the-wall shop where the owner one-man-showed the entire operation. ogura toast is one of nagoya's specialty and that particular cafe charmed with its version of it. thick buttered toast with sweet azuki (red bean) paste and a charming dollop of whipped cream.
