My Sylvanas Frozen Cookies are made the old-fashioned way with toasted and ground cashew nut meringue. In between the two meringues, I layer on creamy French buttercream, with your choice of flavors like Chocolate Cookie Crumble, Biscoff, Coffee & Cream, Mocha, and Asian Delights - Durian, Matcha and the all-time Filipino favorite, Ube, from real purple yam.
