Brown Sugar Banana Cake

My mum’s favourite banana cake. Moist cake with bits of banana at the bottom. Default less sugar formula. P.S. All on the banana if it’s too sweet. Refrigerate to maintain freshness. 7 inch cake with 2.5inch in height. Approx 400g
