Can be used as a great soup base for your cooking needs! Great as a Hotpot/Shabu soup base as well! All meat types/seafood goes well with it too! If you prefer a little bit less peppery, simply take out the spices pack, once it starts to cool down, ziplock it and leave it in the fridge, you can always re-use the pack! If you like it a little bit more peppery, continue leaving the spices pack longer before removing!
