Ilocos Empanada
Authentic Ilocos Empanada which can only be found in the northern Philippines. The ingredients consist of veggies w/ mung beans, egg, pork sausage and covered with bright orange crispy covering. Crispy on the outside, yet soft & warm in the inside. The taste is distinct and authentic, far from lumpia taste. Each piece is huge ad measures about 6X4 inches so one piece is equal to 1 meal. It also comes with fermented vinegar and ketchup for a more extreme experience of this authentic northern Philippines delicacy. Shelf life: 5 days refrigerated (not frozen) Reheating: 140 degrees in oven/ air fryer for 6-8 minutes both sides or even deep fry in oil.
