Private Reservation of Venue (minimum 2-hour slot with Food/Kueh orders)

Please note:
- $300 for a 2-hour private session (with minimum spending $200 of our Kuehs/Food/Drinks order, the rental rate of our studio inclusive of food and drinks for the first 2 hours is discounted at $50/hour only, u.p. $180/hour).
- No outside food and drinks are allowed.
- Order of Kuehs, Singapore Heritage Food, Desserts and Drinks strictly limited to the menu from our adjoining cafe, Yoon's Social Kitchen only.
- If total food bill is below $200, the total minimum charge including rental is $300 only.
- If total food bill is above $200, the actual food and drinks bill will be tabulated on top of the discounted rental fee for the first 2 hours ($100).
- Overrun or any additional hour required, is charged at $100 per hourly block.

- No OUTSIDE Food and drinks allowed

- No smoking or vaping within the premises.
- Pets are not allowed.
