Please take note. Our durians are bao jiak. For all feedbacks, we will need to have photos of ALL the durians with problem on the day of receiving. The photos must be able to show the problem portion clearly.
For example: (1) Replacement is based on per seed (seed for seed) and not one bad seed for a whole pack. (2) Untouched durians showing lighter colour yet nothing of the unripe portion is peeled open to check. (3) No photos but with verbal claims of spoilt/unripe durians will not be entertained also.
