There’s something quietly wild about FAWN. It’s Chardonnay but not the kind that shouts oak or flexes muscle. This one whispers. Lean, flinty, and a little bit dreamy, it opens with citrus skin, nectarine fuzz, and just a hint of almond warmth from time spent resting in old French barrels.
One of Adelaide Hills’ most thoughtful minimal-intervention crews, FAWN is what happens when you trust the fruit, don’t rush the process, and let nature write most of the script.
