Made from 100% Chardonnay grown in South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula, it's crafted using the Charmat method, which gives it a fine, delicate bubble without losing any of that bright fruit character. On the nose, it opens with crisp green apple, lemon zest, and just a hint of sea spray. The palate is dry and zippy, with taut acidity, clean lines, and a lovely mineral backbone. It's not overly fruity-just sharp, refreshing, and seriously crushable.
