A skinsy white with just the right amount of texture. A short time on skins gives it some grip without going overboard. You'll get fresh notes of nashi pear and nectarine, plus a subtle savoury edge-think tomato leaf. It's bright, balanced, and super drinkable. Easygoing, but with enough character to keep it interesting.
