An orange wine crafted from a blend of three vintages: the exceptional 2021, the warm 2022, and the balanced 2023. This unique combination matures together in a large barrel using the solera method, resulting in a harmonious and complex flavor profile. The wine undergoes a gentle maceration, or more accurately, a whole grape fermentation, highlighting the characteristics of each vintage.
