WHY THIS BOTTLE?
A blend of Vinyater, Subirat Parent, Xarel·lo, Cartoixa Vermell, and Sumoll grapes sourced from the clay-limestone soils of Catalonia's Penedès region. Each grape variety undergoes spontaneous fermentation separately before being blended and aged for seven months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled unfiltered and without added sulfur, staying true to the Brutal ethos.
Cherry-pink wine with a fruity and spicy nose, a touch of volatility, and a fresh, crunchy palate that's both refreshing and highly drinkable.
