This wine comes from 200-year-old País vines planted on sand and clay and thrives in a Mediterranean climate with warm days and cool nights. Produced using the pétillant naturel (pét-nat) method, an ancient technique where fermentation is completed in the bottle, resulting in natural effervescence.
This pét-nat delivers fruit-rich palate, preceded by bright citrus and sour candy aromas.
