WHY THIS BOTTLE?
Palo Blanco is the name of a zone in the village of Los Realejos in Tenerife, one of the finest locations for Listán Blanco (Palomino) to grow. In the 2020 vintage, Envinate expanded their sourcing to include grapes from five distinct plots, an increase from the single plot used in 2016. This expansion not only boosted production volumes but also enhanced the wine's quality.
Offers aromas of tropical fruit and subtle mineral and smoky notes. On the palate, it is lively with flavors of apple and stone fruits, balanced by straightforward acidity, leading to a long, salty, and mineral-driven finish.
