�Matassa� is an old Catalan word that describes the thicket of a forest. Part of the iconic and experimental Brutal line, the old vine Macabeu is handpicked from slate-rich soil and macerated on skins for four weeks to pull spell-binding texture.
The result is a complex and enchanting wine, with dominant notes of peach and grapefruit, complemented by hints of tropical fruit. Its vibrant fruit profile and complexity make it a standout wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif, offering both freshness and richness.
