WHY THIS BOTTLE?
Crafted by Momento Mori in Victoria, Australia. A beautiful blend of both white and red grapes, fermented and aged separately in stainless steel tanks. The decision to blend them occurred spontaneously when the winemaker tasted both directly from the tanks, leading to a harmonious combination that exceeded expectations.
This wine offers a complex bouquet with ripe blackberries, plums, and leather notes.
