WHY THIS BOTTLE?
Used various vinification by Steuben, Delaware and Merlot (mainly skin fermented Steuben and Merlot for 14 days), then blended them in the spring of 2023.
The taste is fresh, with sweet and sour fruits and a bitterness reminiscent of blue herbs. The tannins are soft and the wine has a smooth impression due to some amphora.
