WHY THIS BOTTLE?
Elegant and captivating at the same time thanks to the spontaneous fermentation in large oak barrels, yet it has a bright fresh character and every sip invites you to take another one. Long, dry finish, and a zip of acidity at the end.
Winemaker: One of Germanys oldest wineries, Weingut von Winning was founded in 1849 and given a new lease of life by Achim Niederberger in 2007. He brought in the eponymous winemaker, Stephan Attman and, well, the results speak for themselves.
