WHY THIS BOTTLE?
A light-alcohol take on Cahors (a Malbec predominant region). This vintage comes with an intense nose of red and black fruits and a supple, gourmet and spicy palate, full of freshness.
For Julien and his wife Sophie, Pur Fruit du Causse is the first wine in the line of Cahors wines they offer. It is a mix of plots on mainly limestone soil.
