Made with 100% grapes from Yamagata Prefecture. A blend of Delaware, skin-fermented for 10-13 days in an amphora, Steuben, Neomuscat, and Merlot, skin-contacted for 12 hours. Candy aroma derived from edible varieties, with elements of orange peel and jasmine tea gradually appearing. The taste retains the freshness of the grapes, but the acidity is well-rounded, and the umami from maceration develops aftertaste.
