This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown from 25-year-old vines grow on black sandy soil overlying petrified schist. Pressed from whole bunches and fermented in old oak barrels. Its rich, juicy flavours deliver a vibrant punch to the palate for a truly mouthwatering experience. Textural, savoury and super fun.
About winemaker: Lucy Margaux, founded by Anton van Klopper is known as one of the pioneering brands in the natural wine movement. From a cherry orchard, Anton transformed the place into a winery, producing a variety of unique wines from organic grapes.
