An uncommon 100% Syrah born out of Bordeaux, a region where Syrah is nowhere to be seen on the wine map.
This wine is special due to its aging process in amphorae, ancient clay vessels that allow the wine to mature in a natural, slow manner, enhancing its complexity and texture. The amphora aging gives the wine a smooth, silky texture, allowing the natural aromas and flavors to develop beautifully.
