The Armand de Brignac (Ace of Spade) Brut is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier which has flavours of toast, matured brioche, and ripe fruit. It is fresh and elegant on the palate with notes of spice and apple blossom, and fine flavours of citrus acidity, ripe white cherry, spun honey, and whole-grain toast. It is well balanced with the beautiful complexity and richness of lemon fruit and apple. The bottle is wrapped in a gold foil and is packaged in a hand-polished, metallic gold bottle which enhances its beauty. It is produced by the Cattier House for Jay-Z’s brand – Armand de Brignac which sports the Aces of Spades logo.
