My journey started as a simple curiosity towards coffee in 2022 - whether it was something more than a commodity, whether it was a beverage that rewards care, thought and attention to reveal complexity.
It led to me chasing, purchasing, brewing coffees from various countries, regions and brew styles - a full circle journey that developed a deep appreciation for locally roasted coffee.
